Richard runs a busy hypnotherapy practice in Leigh on Sea, Essex, helping clients overcome a wide range of problems. You can rest assured that whatever you contact Richard about, your case will be dealt with in confidence and with the utmost consideration.

Richard is 35 years old and married with two children. Richard trained for his Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Hypno-Analysis with the Hypnotherapy Control Board, Europe's largest hypnotherapy school. He was subsequently invited to become a full member of the International Association of Pure Hypno-Analysts (IAPH) – the only organization which specializes in 'Pure Hypno-Analysis'.

 As a professional Hypnotherapist and Hypno-Analyst Richard runs specialist sessions assisting clients in overcoming phobias, anxiety, depression, sexual problems, low self esteem and confidence. In addition, Richard has also attended specialist training sessions covering 1) Advanced Smoking Cessation under the tuition of Rob Kelly (the UK's leading smoking cessation hypnotherapist), 2) Hypnotherapy for Children, and 3) Relaxed Childbirth.

As for outside interests, as well as play-time with his two children and taking on extensive DIY projects, Richard has over 10 years experience of successfully coaching Martial Arts. The high achievements attained by Richard students can be partly attributed to the positive manner he teaches them in how to approach challenges. Richard uses several visualization exercises which have also enabled the students to reach their full potential.

Professional Association

The International Association of Pure Hypno-Analysts is dedicated to the professional and ethical use of Hypnosis allied to the practice of Psychoanalysis, for the treatment of nervous disorders and emotional problems. The Association is a non-profit making organization whose Members have followed a course of training in Psychotherapy, Analysis and Hypnosis which enables them to specialize in 'Hypno-Analytical' Therapy.

Members of the Association are bound by a Code of Practice and Ethics of the highest order: they have satisfied an Examination Board of their knowledge and level of competence and have undertaken to abide by the Rules of the Association which requires, among other things, that they be covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance and such Certificate of Insurance must be available for inspection.

Members have also agreed to discharge each and every client from treatment at the earliest possible moment consistent with that client's good care. Every Member undertakes to respect a client's confidentiality at all times and would not even disclose to a spouse or parent that they were undergoing treatment.
